The Bertha Russ Lytel Foundation accepts applications at any time during the year. Giving is primarily focused on social service agencies for the aged and handicapped, civic and cultural programs, including libraries and museums, elementary and higher education, health associations, including hospitals and hospices, and agricultural funds.The foundation does appear to have a wide range of interests and giving is limited to Ferndale and Humboldt County.Interested applicants may submit a proposal.
