The Ellis Family Charitable Foundation supports camps and ranches and organizations involved with substance abuse, youth development, and Christianity. Additional interest areas include: addiction services, arts and culture, recreation, crime prevention, diseases and disorders, economic development, education, equestrianism, health, higher education, human services, mental health, and youth services. The Foundation makes grants to support building and renovations, capital, infrastructure, general support, and program development. Interested applicants should submit the following: Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990 Descriptive literature about organization Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested Copy of IRS Determination Letter Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations Brief history of organization and description of its mission Population served Listing of additional sources and amount of support Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget Results expected from proposed grant Additional keywords related to prior grantmaking activity: leukemia, lymphoma, diabetes, cancer church building renovation, hospital building renovation, veteran, mentor. The Foundation does not have a website at this time. There is no application ; requests may be submitted at any time.
