The DOE invites eligible Phase I and Phase II awardees to apply for Phase II awards (initial, second, and third) under this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). The SBIR and STTR programs are U.S. Government programs, intended to help certain small businesses conduct R&D. At DOE, funding takes the form of grants.
