The Legacy Foundation awards Sponsorship Grants to Lake County 501c(3) nonprofit organizations. Sponsorship grants are for a one time charitable event and/or educational programs that are open to the public and held in Lake County, Indiana. Sponsorship Grants are limited to one award for a maximum of $2,000.00 in a twelve month period. All awarded projects must demonstrate a purpose and impact the community in a positive manner. Legacy Foundation does not support fundraisers. Applicants are encouraged to apply at least six weeks prior to their event to allow for application review and grant processing. Applicants will be notified of sponsorship awards within three weeks of submitting their application. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. 6/2
