The Redwoods Group is accepting grant applications for programs and projects focused on: aquatic safety, child sexual abuse prevention, transportation safety, employee safety and emergency preparedness.Preferably, funding will support efforts that do at least one of the following:Enable safer practices (e.g. Provide life jackets for all non-swimmers at a pool)Positively change safety behaviors (e.g. Implementing more effective lifeguard drills)Increase education and awareness about risks (e.g. Community child sexual abuse prevention education)Most financial grants awarded are for $1,000 or less.
