Projects that demonstrate leadership development at the grass roots level, community support, and involvement and planning for long-term sustainability will also be considered more favorably. A program must have a SnohomishCounty Master Gardener as a sponsor, mentor or participant for the garden.Any community garden, civic or garden club, school or nonprofit agency located within Snohomish County may apply. Applicants can apply for new funds (garden establishment) or existing gardens (garden enhancement/expansion).
