Please note: Sections 317 and 318 of the PHS Act authorize funding to States, political subdivisions of States, and any other public and nonprofit private entities, but do not authorize awards to for-profit entities.Applicants muststate whether their proposed sexual health clinic islocated in one of the57 jurisdictions identified by the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) initiative and must affirm that their clinic has the following services available onsite or provide a detailed plan to have these services available onsite within 6 months of award in order to be deemed responsive: HIV testing, STI testing at relevant anatomical sites, timely STI treatment, recommended vaccinations (i.e., HAV, HBV, HPV, mpox), benzathine penicillin LA, and ceftriaxone.Applicants must also provide the following information to be deemed responsive:A table summarizing clinic census data and a subset of service data from the most recent two years of available dataA letter (one page or less) stating that the applicants proposed clinic site is a clinical sexual health service providerAdditional requirements for applicants funded under Component C of PS20-2010 (recipients or sub-recipients):A clinic self-evaluation identifying and reflecting on clinic assessment activities, PrEP and nPEP implementation activities, linkage to HIV medical care activities, and EHE partnership activities conducted duringthe PS20-2010 Component C period of performance, as described in the Strategies and Activities section of this NOFOA copy of the clinics most recent PS20-2010 Component C individualized rapid feedback report (IRFR)

The purpose of this NOFO is to support the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) initiative by scaling up HIV prevention services in sexual health clinics. Recipients funded under this NOFO will: 1) strengthen clinic infrastructure and improve service delivery to address the syndemic of HIV STIs, 2) foster strategic partnerships in support of EHE, and 3) conduct specialized evaluation studies on EHE-related clinic activities.
