The purpose of the Supporting Healthy Start Performance Project (SHSPP) is to provide training and capacity-building assistance to support HS grantees in improving their service delivery, meet outcome measures, and help grantees build program capacity to work with community partners to improve health and social service systems in order to reduce maternal and infant health disparities.
