Grant Description

Impact100 Northwest Florida (Impact100 NWF) has outlined its 2025 Grant Calendar, beginning with the Letter of Intent (LOI) process. Starting February 1, organizations interested in applying can access the LOI link on the organization’s website. The LOI must be submitted by or before March 31. Only those organizations whose LOIs are reviewed and approved will be invited to proceed to the full application phase. In April, Impact100 NWF will host grant workshops. While specific dates for these sessions are yet to be determined, all organizations that have successfully completed and qualified through the LOI phase will receive invitations and relevant information. These workshops are designed to guide applicants in preparing a strong and complete application. The full grant application is due on or before July 15. Organizations must complete this step in order to be considered for funding. Once submitted, applications will undergo a comprehensive evaluation process. Finalists will be notified by October 20. This notification coincides with the “Meet the Finalists” event, where the chosen finalist organizations will be revealed and introduced to the broader community and membership. The final step in the selection process will take place on November 9 at the Impact100 NWF Annual Meeting. At this event, the Finalist Presentation and Selection process will occur, where members will vote to determine the grant recipient(s). For any questions about the grant cycle, including the LOI process, workshops, application deadlines, or finalist presentations, interested parties are encouraged to contact the Grants Committee at grants@impactnwg.org.
