Selected participants receive a $50,000 investment for 5% common equity, with an optional $40,000 convertible note for a total of $90,000 in funding. Additional benefits include access to Prosper's office space, over $1 million in vendor perks, and weekly programming covering essential topics like revenue models and investor pitches. Participants will engage in bi-weekly, one-on-one mentorship sessions with the gener8tor team, along with opportunities to network with over 100 entrepreneurs, experts, and investors. The program culminates in a Premiere Night, where startups pitch their solutions to a wide audience. Eligibility is open to startups creating cutting-edge health technologies, with applications for the Spring 2025 cohort due by February 16, 2025. The program runs from April 10 to June 27, 2025.
