Eligible applicants must: Be a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization. Have an annual budget under $1,000,000. Funds are distributed in two installments: 75% at the program start and 25% in May, pending a successful mid-point check-in. Projects must align with grant goals and comply with funding restrictions, such as excluding salaries, direct service operating costs, and events. Applications open on December 2, 2024, with a proposal deadline of 8:00 AM EST on January 13, 2025. An informational workshop will be held virtually on December 12, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM EST.
