Ukraine Capacity Development in Intangible Technology Controls

The Ukraine Capacity Development in Intangible Technology Controls program, administered by the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, aims to enhance Ukraine's ability to manage and control intangible technology transfers (ITTs) related to defense and dual-use technologies. Applications will be evaluated based on the feasibility and quality of the program idea, organizational capacity, ability to achieve stated objectives, cost realism, and plans for monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability.
