The Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Challenge Grant, administered by the Colorado Department of Law, aims to support collaborative, community-driven projects that increase protective factors for children and youth to decrease the usage of Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS). The grant seeks to address the rising mental health issues among youth, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and aims to combat the youth vaping crisis through various community programs.
