Deadline: November 21, 2024 Grant Amount: Track 1: $10M to $20M Available Funding: Approximately $1.96 billion Number of Anticipated Awards: Track 1: up to 150 awards; Track 2: up to 20 awards Match Required: No Purpose of Funding: The Community Change Grants aim to support comprehensive community and place-based approaches in addressing environmental and climate injustices faced by communities dealing with legacy pollution, climate change, and disinvestment. These grants will fund community-driven projects that promote healthier, safer, and more prosperous communities. The objectives include providing resources for community-driven projects, fostering cross-sectoral collaborations, unlocking access to additional resources, empowering communities, and strengthening community participation in decision-making processes. Eligibility: Local Governments in partnership with a community-based Non-Profit Organization.
