2025 Truckee Core Values Fund

The 2025 Truckee Core Values Fund provides marketing grants to support events that promote the core values of the Town of Truckee: Healthy Lifestyle, Family-Friendly, Natural Beauty, Community-Minded, and Arts, Culture, and History. Eligible events must take place within the Truckee town limits and align with at least one of these core values. Grants are intended to assist with event marketing and are available to nonprofit organizations or events benefiting nonprofits, even if the organizations themselves are located outside Truckee. Grants will range from $500 to $2,000, and applicants must demonstrate that the event will not solely rely on these funds for success. Recipients are required to include specific branding and recognition for the Town of Truckee, Truckee Chamber of Commerce, and Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation on marketing materials. Applications for the grant open on October 14, 2024, and close on November 15, 2024, with notifications made by mid-December. The program supports year-round events occurring from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with all awarded events required to meet reporting and promotional obligations, including providing proof of liability insurance and completing a follow-up report within 30 days post-event.
