State governments • City or township governments • Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized) • Other o Any other organization that has a documented history of effective work concerning domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking, including—  a domestic violence and sexual assault victim service provider;  a domestic violence and sexual assault coalition;  a community-based and culturally specific organization; or  any other nonprofit, nongovernmental organization. o Any organization that works directly with pets, service animals, emotional support animals, or horses and collaborates with any organization listed above, including—  an animal shelter, or  an animal welfare organization.
