GE Vernova Foundation Grants for Disaster Relief
This funding provides critical disaster relief assistance to communities in Vietnam, Poland, Florida, and Spain affected by recent natural disasters, supporting recovery efforts and essential services.
The GE Vernova Foundation has announced $500,000 in disaster relief grants to support communities affected by natural disasters in Vietnam, Poland, Florida, and Spain. Partnering with CARE, Team Rubicon, and the Spanish Red Cross, the funding will provide critical assistance, including cash aid and school renovations in Vietnam following Typhoon Yagi, support for aid centers in Poland impacted by Storm Boris, and large-scale recovery operations in Florida to help communities devastated by Hurricane Milton. Additionally, grants will help the Spanish Red Cross offer emergency shelters and supplies to families in flood-affected regions of Valencia. This initiative reflects GE Vernova’s commitment to resilience and sustainability, supported by employee philanthropy through the Foundation’s Matching Gifts program.
