Illinois Reproductive Health Facilities Capital Grant Program
This funding opportunity provides financial support to licensed pregnancy centers that offer medical and counseling services related to pregnancy, ensuring they operate without deceptive practices.
Illinois Reproductive Health Facilities Capital Grant Program will provide grants for pregnancy centers which include organizations or facilities that has health care employees, volunteers, or agents who are licensed health care professionals. Pregnancy-related services include any medical service, or health counseling service, related to the prevention, preservation, or termination of pregnancy. Organizations are not to engage in unfair methods or deceptive acts or practices, including the use or employment of any deception, fraud, false pretense, false promise, or misrepresentation to interfere with or prevent an individual from seeking to gain entry or access.

Nonprofit and for-profit clinics providing or planning to provide pregnancy-related services in a clinical setting. βͺ Existing facilities must have healthcare employees, volunteers, or agents who are licensed health care professionals. βͺ Facilities must provide (or, in the case of new facilities, plan to provide) abortion care, as defined in the Illinois Reproductive Health Act, as well as one or more of the following pregnancy-related services: contraception and contraceptive counseling; pregnancy testing; pregnancy diagnosis; pregnancy options counseling; limited obstetric ultrasound; obstetric ultrasound; obstetric sonogram; sexually transmitted infections testing; and prenatal care.
