Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consulting Services. The aim is to develop a comprehensive DEI framework to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion within MassCEC, and to integrate these principles into its environmental justice efforts across programs. The consultant will undertake tasks such as conducting a needs assessment, developing a DEI strategy, providing training and education, facilitating employee workshops, setting recruitment guidelines, and potentially incorporating a programmatic environmental justice strategy. The RFP offers a funding potential of $20,000, with proposals due by November 4, 2024, at 4 p.m. The timeline includes a written questions deadline on October 18, 2024, with final answers posted on October 23, 2024. Interviews are anticipated around November 8, 2024, and award notifications expected by November 18, 2024. The services are scheduled to commence on December 2, 2024. Applicants should submit their proposals via email to Stephanie Simmons, HR Director, including a statement of qualifications, a proposed work plan and budget, three references, and two attachments (Authorized Applicant's Signature and Acceptance Form, and a mark-up of the Services Agreement).
