However, specific activities and expenditures are excluded from funding. These include projects located outside Huntsville, grants to individuals, debt reduction, endowment and annual campaigns, fundraising events, membership drives, conference expenses, political lobbying or campaigning activities, and internet subscriptions. The application process is managed through an online portal, with submissions due by 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Award decisions are made by the Digital Inclusion Fund Grants Committee. All grantees will be required to sign a formal Grant Agreement and report on the use of funds and outcomes achieved.
