Genesis For Good Catalyst Empowerment Grant Program Overview Program Description: In partnership with Fiserv, Genesis Bank is proud to launch the Genesis For Good Catalyst Empowerment Grant Program. This initiative aims to support small businesses located in low-to-moderate income communities. Grant recipients will receive grants up to $10,000 along with membership in The Catalyst Empowerment Program. This program offers businesses access to resources, education, and relationships to enhance their capacity for job creation, scalability, and positive community impact. Additionally, grant recipients will gain access to the Genesis + Clover Bundle, providing Clover point-of-sale (“POS”) technology and Fiserv's business management systems, enabling efficient payment processing and business operations. Grant Application Details: Grant applications from eligible small businesses and diverse entrepreneurs in Southern California will be accepted starting April 17, 2024. The applying business must be registered and operational in one of the following counties: Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, or San Bernardino. Eligibility Criteria: Gross revenues of $500,000 or less Continuous operation for 1 year or more 10 employees or fewer, including owner(s) Located in a low-to-moderate income area as defined by HUD Possession of all necessary licenses and registrations Submission of a 3-minute video outlining: Business owner background Business vision and mission for community impact How grant funding will accelerate business growth
