Grant Description

The Skill Advance Colorado Job Training Grant supports businesses and nonprofits in creating customized job training for employees. The program consists of two funding streams: Colorado First (CF) funds for new hires at companies relocating or expanding in Colorado, and Existing Industry (EI) funds for training at established Colorado companies and nonprofits. The goal is to develop Colorado’s workforce, improve workers’ skills, and help businesses remain competitive. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from July to March each fiscal year.

Additional Requirements

Employees funded by the CF and EI programs must reside and work in Colorado during the grant period.
