Franklin's Friends Animal Welfare Grant

The grants cannot be used for the purchase of property or buildings, or by organizations not adhering to the American Heartworm Society guidelines for treating heartworm positive dogs, unless applying for funds to enable such adherence. Grant recipients are required to provide receipts showing how the funds were utilized. Franklin's Friends does not impose an application deadline, as funding is available year-round.
