The application process requires online submission through the Salesforce platform by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. Late or paper submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances. Applicants must include the required additional information, either delivered or postmarked by the same deadline, using the provided program budget template. For organizations without a Salesforce account, registration is required; assistance with login issues is available through the "Forgot your password?" or "Not a member?" options on the portal. Resources such as a program budget template and a sample application are available to help applicants prepare their submissions.
