Sandhills Area Foundation Grants

Sandhills Area Foundation Grants are available to nonprofit organizations in Cherry County, NE that support youth programs and demonstrate broad community support. The foundation prefers to partially fund projects and encourages grant recipients to purchase goods and services in Cherry County if practical. Organizations must not operate for profit, engage in religious or political activities, and must be willing to display signage recognizing SAF support at the project site. Grant recipients are also required to provide a final report on fund usage and project status within one year of receiving the grant, as well as be available for media coverage and check presentation. SAF will review all applications objectively and nondiscriminatorily, with periodic monitoring of funded projects.
