The funding for the entire program for FY 2024-25 is $50,000, which will be disbursed to multiple agencies. Funding has typically not exceeded more than $5,000 to one agency. Eligibility Criteria  The program is open to: Charitable 501(c)(3) agencies. Must serve members of the Tualatin community, including people who live, work, play, or learn in Tualatin. Grants may be awarded only to agencies that certify they will comply with the City’s Non-Discrimination Polices (ADA Title II and Civil Rights Title VI), a clause in the contract between the City and the agency.  Applicants must demonstrate that facilities and projects will be accessible to persons with disabilities and that no person will be excluded from a facility or be denied the benefits of a project, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination on the grounds of race, color, national origin, English proficiency, sex, disability, income, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
