This program is open to businesses and mixed-use buildings more than 30 years old that are located in the HD-1, HD-2 or HD-3 zoning districts.  These grants are designed to: Boost property development Strengthen new and existing businesses Facilitate the rehabilitation and modernization of downtown buildings.
