City of Lima CDBG and HOME Programs

The City of Lima, Ohio, through its Department of Housing and Neighborhoods, is soliciting proposals for the 2025 Program Year under two key federal funding programs: the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Eligible projects must address one or more of these priority areas. Applicants must ensure their proposals reflect community needs identified in the 2025 Community Needs Survey. Applications must clearly describe the scope of proposed activities, demonstrate alignment with the City's goals, and provide measurable outcomes. Proposed activities must be located within the City of Lima or serve its residents, and all proposed costs must comply with applicable CDBG or HOME regulations.
