Environmental Grants

The Lightfoot Foundation offers annual Environmental Grants to support qualified 501(c)(3) organizations in Idaho that are focused on environmental protection and preservation. Eligible projects may include environmental conservation, education, and activities directly supporting these goals. All grants are awarded at the discretion of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, and funds are restricted to uses related to environmental protection, education, and the support of nonprofits engaged in these efforts. The grant cycle runs from September 1 through December 1, and the Foundation is currently reviewing complete applications submitted within this period. Interested organizations should ensure their applications meet the criteria for consideration.
