Ineligible Costs: Capital expenses, non-America 250 related operating costs, equipment (cameras, computers), fundraising, food, and alcohol. Application Requirements: Complete an online application with a budget, conflict of interest policy, resolution confirming county committee status, and property permissions for projects involving fixed installations.
