Livingston County Youth Sports and Education Funding

The Livingston County Youth Bureau is accepting proposals for its Youth Sports and Education Opportunity Funding program, aimed at increasing access to quality sports programs for youth in Livingston County, New York. This initiative provides financial support to not-for-profit and community-based organizations that offer sports or physical fitness activities for youth ages 6 through 17. Key Information: Proposal Deadline: Monday, October 28, 2024, by 4:00 PM. Program Period: October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. Eligible Funding Items: Coaches, instructors, or direct service staff/mentors. Equipment or uniforms. Educational programming costs. Facility or field space costs. Program Goals: All funded programs must foster: Educational connection and achievement. Physical and mental health and well-being. Employment opportunities. Community cohesion.
