Texas Moving Image Industry Incentive Program (TMIIIP) - Reality Television Projects Incentive
This grant provides financial incentives for reality television projects that spend a minimum of $250,000 in Texas, employ a predominantly local crew and cast, and conduct most of their filming in the state, fostering economic growth and job creation.
The TMIIIP offers grants up to 12.5% for reality TV projects with a minimum Texas spend of $250,000. Projects must ensure at least 55% of their crew and cast are Texas residents and complete at least 60% of production in Texas. Projects interested in applying to the incentive program must submit an Incentive Inquiry Form. An application package must be received by the Texas Film Commission no earlier than 180 days and no later than 5 PM Central Time 5 business days prior to the first day of principal photography
