The Meyer Memorial Trust is accepting applications for its Meyer’s 2024 Funding Opportunity. Donor Name: Meyer Memorial Trust State: Oregon County: All Counties Type of Grant: Grant Deadline: (mm/dd/yyyy) 09/23/2024 Size of the Grant: $100,000 to $500,000 Grant Duration: 1 Year Details: The Meyer is opening a funding opportunity through the three issue-based priority areas: The Resilient Places, the Empowered Youth, and the Collective Prosperity. Types of Grant Support Meyer plans to make the following types of grant awards under this funding opportunity: Project Support: Project Support grants are available to all eligible applicants. These grants will provide funding for specific charitable projects or initiatives. Applicants must clearly outline the project’s objectives, activities, and anticipated outcomes and provide a project budget as an attachment to the application. Operating Support: Operating Support grants are available to 501(c)(3) public charities. These grants provide funding to support the overall operations of the organization, allowing flexibility in how the funds are used to achieve the organization’s mission and goals. Funding Information Grant Maximum Funding is $200,000 per year. Grant Period 1 year. Some returning Meyer grantees may be eligible for up to 2 years of funding. Allowable Costs Include Employee salaries and benefits Cost of services (contractors and consultants) Project supplies and materials Equipment necessary for project delivery Travel expenses related to the project Other direct costs that are necessary for supporting the proposed project Administrative or indirect costs associated with the grant. Eligibility Criteria Meyer will accept applications from the following types of organizations: 501(c)(3) public charities State, local, and tribal governments (including public schools) Faith-based organizations Certain fiscally sponsored charitable groups or programs. Additional Eligibility Requirements  Meyer will only fund work that takes place in or otherwise benefits people in Oregon.  Meyer funds cannot be used for proselytizing.  In addition, applicants must comply with Meyer’s policy regarding nondiscrimination.  In order to start an application, you will be asked to confirm that the applicant organization(s) meet these eligibility requirements.
