These grants fund various arts initiatives, including project support, community-focused arts programs, and funding for artists creating new work. The funding is made possible by Westchester County Government and aims to enhance accessibility to the arts while promoting cultural diversity and artistic excellence in the region. For the 2025-2026 cycle, the Project Support grant is now open for applications. This funding opportunity is designed for small to mid-sized nonprofit cultural organizations, organizations whose public programming is developed and funded by friends groups, and organizations offering a season of arts programs or education-based activities. A Zoom Info Session will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 1 PM, covering both Project Support grants (1 PM - 2 PM) and the Yonkers/Mount Vernon Arts Initiatives (2 PM - 3 PM).
