Marilyn and William Young Foundation Grant Program

The foundation’s eligibility requirements state that all applicants must be recognized by the IRS as 501(c)(3) charitable organizations. Proposals must serve Owensboro and Daviess County residents directly. The Foundation generally does not fund endowments, annual fund appeals, religious organizations, event sponsorships, individuals, or operational costs. Additionally, organizations that practice discrimination based on protected classifications are not eligible for funding. The application process involves an initial Letter of Intent, followed by a full Grant Application if invited to proceed.
