Does the applicant demonstrate community support (letters of support) Qualitative Evaluation Criteria Points awarded for each criterion on a scale of 1-10. Does the applicant provide a proposed timeline to accomplish the project purpose, desired goals and expected benefit. Does the applicant provide a brief description of services or activities for each budget category?
