The New York State Department of Health, Charles D. Cook Office of Rural Health, announces the release of RFA 20495, Rural Health Network Development Program.ย  Approximately $3,695,726 in State funding is available annually for up to five years to support the formation and operation of rural health networks through the Rural Health Development Network Program (RHNDP). The overarching goal of RHNDP is to improve the health of New Yorkers living in rural areas by supporting the development, operation, and sustainability of rural health networks. Rural health networks facilitate cooperative and collaborative efforts among rural health providers, which is vital to improve access to essential services, enhance coordination of services, increase the efficiency of service delivery, and preserve the stability and viability of rural communities.
