Grant Description

The Local Training Support Grant supports regional fire training efforts. Eligible applicants include public safety entities such as career fire departments, combination fire departments, and volunteer fire departments that own training centers and are part of the state's Hub-and-Spoke program. These entities must have Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with the state to conduct training or currently assist with Academy-funded courses.
