The current income level for this funding cycle is equal to $20,783 per person or $43,056 for a family of four. Must provide documentation to certify client household income and location. Organization/entity must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or for-profit business with accompanying business licensing and certifications. Must provide proof of insurance (e.g. nonprofit liability insurance or for-profit malpractice insurance certificate).
