Grant Description

The Large Collaborative Grant Request for Applications (RFA), sponsored by the Executive Associate Dean for Research (EADR) at Indiana University School of Medicine (IUSM), supports large, collaborative, interdisciplinary grants such as P01s, P30s, P50s, P60s, and U54s. This initiative aims to foster collaboration among IUSM faculty to develop novel concepts that align with the mission and research objectives of IUSM. The grant is designed to fund experiments generating data to support grant applications, with a cap of $75,000 per application. The submission process has a rolling deadline, requiring applicants to have prior discussions with NIH/DoD Program Officers and established productive collaborations. Funding is subject to EADR's available resources and requires a 1:1 match from non-Dean’s office sources.
