Eligible applicants must provide direct services to those impacted by HIV/AIDS, be non-profit or have non-profit sponsorship, and operate within the Delaware Valley, covering specific counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Excluded funding requests include capital campaigns, salaries, and new construction. Only one application per organization is allowed, and recipients may receive only one grant per year. Applications, due by November 30, 2024, require an online form and supporting documents, including IRS Form 990, a tax determination letter, and a strategic plan if available.
