2025 NextGen Under 30 Award

The NextGen Under 30 Kansas program honors outstanding young individuals across the state of Kansas who demonstrate talent, drive, and a commitment to their communities. The mission of the program is to identify and encourage young leaders, innovators, and achievers who are 30 years old or younger anytime during 2025. It seeks to inspire recipients to pursue lifelong family and career goals within Kansas, contributing to the state’s continued growth and vitality. Nominations for the 2025 NextGen Under 30 Kansas awards open on January 20, 2025, and close on June 30, 2025. Following nominations, nominees must complete an application by July 11, 2025. Honorees will be publicly announced on August 8, 2025. Celebratory events include a "Day at the Capitol" and a "Networking Luncheon" on September 9, 2025, followed by the Annual NextGen Dinner and Award Ceremony, which will be held on November 7, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Wichita. Participants are selected by a panel of respected business and civic leaders who evaluate nominees based on their professional accomplishments, community contributions, and leadership potential. The program recognizes excellence across a wide variety of categories including Education, Healthcare, Arts, Finance, Nonprofits, Technology, Agriculture, and many others. Nominations are encouraged for innovative, inspiring, and high-achieving young adults who are making a significant difference in their fields and communities.
