WomensNet Startup Grant
This funding opportunity provides financial support to women entrepreneurs in the early stages of their business, specifically those with innovative ideas or minimal sales under $10,000, to help them launch and grow their ventures.
The Amber Foundation helps women start businesses and helps existing ones grow. The funding grants are small, but very helpful in getting you started. There is no requirement or expectation to repay the funds. Even though women startup businesses are eligible for our monthly Amber Grant, we wanted to create this additional grant especially for this underserved sector: We define a “startup” as a business in the “idea phase,” or one that has only had minimal sales (less than $10,000). These grants are quarterly based on applications submitted from: December-February, March-May, June-August, and September-November.

By applying just once for the $10,000 monthly Amber Grant, you also automatically become eligible for that quarter’s $10,000 Startup Grant. 2. You do NOT have to apply again. Your single Amber Grant application also makes you eligible for any of our other grants
