Town of Brookline Community Development Block Grant 2026

The FY2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program in the Town of Brookline provides approximately $1.3 million annually to support projects that benefit low- to moderate-income residents. These funds, allocated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), are used to address community needs such as affordable housing, economic development, public infrastructure, and essential public services. Applications for the FY26 funding cycle are now open, with a submission deadline of January 23, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Eligible applicants include town departments and nonprofit organizations.
