Gold Key/Matchmaker Grants

The Gold Key/Matchmaker Grant aims to support Florida-based manufacturers and professional services providers in generating or increasing export sales overseas. This grant offers a unique market development tool, ideal for new or infrequent exporters, by facilitating meetings with pre-screened and pre-qualified buyers, agents, importers, and representatives interested in the applicant's products or services. The grant primarily covers participation fees for a SelectFlorida Export Sales Mission, with business matchmaking possibly provided by the U.S. Commercial Service’s Gold Key Service or a qualified in-country partner. Applicants must meet specific criteria, including being new to export, new to the market, or an infrequent exporter to the market. The grant emphasizes the viability of the product line or service in the target market, as determined by the U.S. Commercial Service or SelectFlorida, with a cap of three trade grants per company each fiscal year.
