The 2025 Funding Opportunity supports early-stage education leaders and entrepreneurs working to redefine and expand effective educational practices. This opportunity is aimed at those creating innovative public school models, developing K-8 math and literacy solutions, reimagining educator roles, and enhancing educational experiences for students with learning differences. The goal is to foster a just and inclusive future for all students, particularly those who face barriers due to economic or social disadvantages, disabilities, or systemic inequities. Key funding categories include: Innovative Schools: Supporting the development of new public school models that emphasize academic and life skills. Learning Solutions: K-8 reading and math programs that personalize learning and strengthen foundational skills. Teaching Reimagined: Innovative approaches to redefine educator roles, including engagement with caregivers, community involvement, and generative AI tools. Learning Differences: Initiatives that address the needs of students with both diagnosed and undiagnosed learning disabilities across the main focus areas. Applicants must submit an eligibility form by the priority deadline of December 10, 2024, to receive personalized support for their applications, with the final application deadline on January 8, 2025. Selected projects receive one-year general operating grants between $150,000 and $250,000, along with expert coaching and the chance to connect with a national network of peer innovators.
