It invests in conditions supporting the physical and mental health of Morgan County residents, using population health data and social determinants of health (SDOH) to guide its grantmaking strategy. The foundation emphasizes that health is not merely the absence of disease, but a holistic state of well-being that includes physical, mental, spiritual, and social dimensions. The 2025-26 Competitive Grant Cycle is open to strong and innovative community organizations implementing scientifically supported, evidence-based, or evidence-informed strategies. Funded projects must address one or more of the following focus areas: Mental Health, Substance Use, and Physical Activity and Nutrition.
