Grant Description

The mission of the WDA Foundation Smile Program is to provide underprivileged children, adults, and seniors with essential oral health supplies. Qualifying non-profit organizations can apply to receive toothbrushes and toothpaste to be distributed to at-risk populations in Wisconsin. The program is application-based, and applicants must adhere to specific eligibility criteria and guidelines. Requests should be made in advance, and awards are distributed on a rolling basis until supplies are exhausted. Eligible non-profit organizations must be 501(c)(3) entities and use the supplies for charitable purposes within Wisconsin. Each organization can receive a maximum of 288 toothbrushes and tubes of toothpaste per year, distributed in lots of 72. The program requires a follow-up report within 30 days of supply usage, detailing the impact of the grant.
