Uses of Funds  The funding allows for artist fees, project manager or staff fees, supplies, marketing, purchase of technology for programming, rental fees. Eligibility Criteria  Individuals, non-profit organizations, and municipalities are invited to apply for Lackawanna County Arts and Culture Community Project Grant for projects providing an enhancement of arts and culture and provide community benefit.
