March Updates: New Enterprise Solution, Advisory Board, Customer Successes, Office Space

Happy spring! I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the (occasionally, here in VA) warmer weather. It's been an exciting quarter for GrantExec, and I'm eager to share some of our latest developments with you.

Investing in Innovation

We're putting the commercialization grant from the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation to good use. Our team has been working tirelessly to develop enhanced grant-tracking and recommendation software, as well as a user-friendly interface for our clients. We're proud to introduce our new enterprise solution for larger firms seeking grants on behalf of their clients, available at enterprise.grantexec.com. This platform enables us to monitor every federal grant daily, efficiently updating our clients about relevant opportunities as they become available. Not only will this further our mission to provide comprehensive grantseeking services, but we hope to generate enough revenue through our enterprise solution to subsidize costs for our nonprofit customers. AI Integrations

To refine our recommendations, we've incorporated generative AI technology (with human supervision) into our operations by utilizing OpenAI's GPT-4 API. This automation enables us to efficiently analyze 100+ page Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) and pinpoint synergies between funders and grantseekers.

New Office Space

We're thrilled to announce that GrantExec is no longer a work-from-home venture! Our new space is located at 12110 Sunset Hills Drive, Suite 500, Reston, VA. This move marks a significant milestone for our growing team and enables us to better serve our clients.

Building Our Advisory Board GrantExec has long been supported by kind mentors and advisors who have taken my many calls, emails, and coffee meetings out of the goodness of their hearts. Now, we are formalizing those relationships into an advisory board. Stay tuned for next month's email, where we'll introduce each of our talented members. With expertise spanning education, grant writing, venture capital, executive coaching, and business development, we're excited and fortunate to tap into their collective wisdom and experience. Customer Successes Recently, one of our startup clients, the cutting-edge solar panel manufacturer, received a preliminary multi-million dollar grant award from the U.S. Department of Energy! We're rooting for them as they finalize their agreement with the DOE. Community Partnership We're honored to catalyze the MVP Athletics Dream Foundation, a new local 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to empowering young people through sports and multicultural experiences.
